Roots

Norah O'Donnell got increasingly fed up with Speaker John Boehner in her Face the Nation interview (aired on Sunday) with the Speaker, and at one point both of them gestured at each other as if to push the offending smell away.
If you haven't seen this, it's worth watching. Norah O'Donnell slowly becomes more and more incredulous (and kind of angry) at John Boehner's devout dimwittedness.

When O'Donnell gets Boehner to admit he likes some of the provision in the Affordable Care Act, and asks him if he wouldn't then like to maybe "work with it" to amend bits Republicans are particularly upset about—Boehner was having none of it. "No, No, No!!" he insisted—the Republicans were going to pull Obamacare up by its roots.

Already, House Republicans have had numerous votes trying to repeal or defund Obamacare. O'Donnell made reference to as many as thirty purely symbolic votes, which have no chance of success! WHY?? What a colossal waste of time. Boehner claimed it was to make sure people knew Republicans were serious about repealing Obamacare—instead of being serious about passing a jobs bill.
