What I particularly find telling about this story is the number of meatheads, particularly among the comment-makers, who don't understand the vast majority of artists have families, aren't rich, and aren't being supported by wealthy patrons. A nation that views art as an unnecessary fringe or luxury item is dead already.

2. Blood-sucking AIG Demands 30-Billion Dollars More In Ransom

Worthless scumbag financial peabrains, American International Group, who gobbled up a huge bailout last fall from the US government, still managed to lose almost 62 BILLION dollars in the last quarter alone, and now expects American taxpayers to give it another 30 billion dollars!!

A nation that so despises art and artists, and so loves bankers and war and killing, deserves to die.
